Elevation: 4696 feet. It is a cone shaped peak on the summit of the San Rafael Mountain Range. It is about one air mile from Cachuma Saddle but much further via the U. S. Forest Service Administrative Road 8N08 that crosses the north slope of the peak. Walking up the road and climbing the short steep distance to the top of the peak provides excellent views of the San Rafael Wilderness and the valley of Manzana Creek. In the far distance McPherson Peak stands out on the Sierra Madre Mountain Range.
